Education Sessions for KCC Staff

 BC Renal's Kidney Care Committee sponsors education webinars for Kidney Care Clinic staff. The sessions will provide practical information on a range of topics, with the goal of keeping KCC staff up-to-date on new practices in kidney care. Sessions will be moderated and interactive, with discussion and questions from participants encouraged. Topics and session dates will be announced below.

  • What’s new in the guidance we provide to CKD patients about diet?
    • This session will provide an update/summary of new dietary guidance for CKD patients. Topics will include an update on potassium, bicarbonate, and protein management, as well as tips for implementing these changes into CKD practice.
